Flux is founder-led. Sriram brings more than 15 years of personal recruiting experience across the United States and Canada, spanning IT recruitment, business professionals, executive search and specialized talent acquisition.
He's partnered with both large enterprises and boutique staffing companies, recruiting across banking, government, telecommunications, media, technology and professional services.
Before founding Flux, Sriram built and managed recruitment teams, giving him first-hand experience on both sides of the staffing equation: delivering talent for clients while understanding the operational realities of running a recruiting business.
