The Search Activation Fee

Where applicable, a small Search Activation Fee confirms commitment and reserves dedicated recruiting time for your role. It's credited toward your placement fee on a successful hire, so it's an advance on the work, not an extra cost. Exact amounts and terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

Do you offer a guarantee or candidate replacement?
Yes. Every engagement includes candidate replacement and guarantee terms, defined clearly in your agreement so expectations are set before we start.
What happens if a candidate drops out or doesn't work out?
Within the guarantee window defined in your agreement, we re-open the search and work to replace the candidate as a priority, at no surprise cost.
Do you charge an upfront fee?
Where applicable, a Search Activation Fee reserves dedicated recruiting time. It's credited toward your placement fee on a successful hire, so it's an advance on the work rather than an added cost.
Can Flux handle volume or multiple roles at once?
Yes. Flux Embedded is built for multiple roles in parallel and recurring volume, ideal for staffing firms and fast-scaling teams.
What are your payment terms?
